1. Participate in the planning and promotion of the company's core business and key projects;
2. Responsible for product market research, promotion, and expanding sales channels;
3. Develop and implement a brand promotion plan to enhance the company's brand image and visibility;
4. Conduct in-depth analysis and mining of business data to provide accurate business forecasting and decision support.
1. Bachelor's degree or above;
2. More than 5 years of sales experience in energy storage products, with a total sales performance of over 100MW, is preferred;
3. Proficient in marketing theory, highly sensitive to energy storage policies, familiar with various application scenarios of energy storage, and familiar with the characteristics of various energy storage products;
4. Possess good language expression, writing and public speaking skills;
5. Possess business acumen and logical thinking ability, adept at teamwork.
1. Quality management system: Familiar with standards such as IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, familiar with system planning, internal and external audit processes, and continuous improvement;
2. Application of quality tools: Master the five core tools of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, as well as the seven QC techniques (such as fishbone chart and Pareto chart);
3. Data analysis ability: able to use statistical methods (such as Minitab) for quality data analysis and promote problem-solving.
1. Familiar with the manufacturing process, testing standards (such as GB 31241, IEC 62133, etc.), and failure analysis of batteries (especially power batteries);
2. Understand battery safety and environmental requirements, and have on-site quality control experience;
3. Proficient in using production management software such as Office, CAD, SAP, MES, etc.
